Convenience stores have dramatically expanded the range of foods they offer to meet consumers’ growing needs. That means that many stores are taking on food preparation and storage and handling tasks that are new to them. To determine the most commonly observed food safety challenges, Steritech examined data from more than 3,400 assessments at c-stores in the first 7 months of 2022.
